Mesa Boogie

Mesa Boogie is a guitar and bass amplifier company based in Petaluma, California. Mesa Boogie was started by Randall Smith in 1969 as a company that modified Fender combo amps. Smith's modifications gave the amps much more input gain and giving them a unique and distorted tone. Mesa Boogie customers include Carlos Santana, as well as Keith Richards.
