NAMM 2026: Fender Studio Products – A DAW, audio interfaces, and controller!

PreSonus has rebranded their popular Studio One DAW as Fender Studio Pro. Fender Musical Instruments Corporation has been pushing to reshape the perception that they’re a guitar-only brand, but Studio Pro isn’t just Studio One with a fresh name.

“Fender Studio” is an entire music ecosystem, but it is still the Fender we all know and love. So they’ve added multiple guitar-based elements. They’ve included the Rumble Bass and Mustang Guitar modeling plugins that include 18 bass guitar amps, 39 guitar amps and an impressive 125 models of effects pedals.

AI features

One of the coolest features is what’s called Chord Assistant. This smart songwriting tool provides chord recommendations based on the existing sonic material, a feature that benefits professionals and beginners alike and opens up a whole new world of creativity.

There is also a new conversion tool, powered by AI, that turns audio files into MIDI files with full editing capabilities. While this idea isn’t new, it’s a welcome feature to a digital audio workstation that gets better with every version.

By being able to transform analog audio into MIDI, it means anything can be anything! Musicians who may only be able to play an instrument or two now have unlimited range to work with all kinds of virtual instruments to enhance their productions.

Other Fender Studio products

It’s not just the DAW part of the pro audio world Fender is breaking into. They also announced the Quantum LT series of audio interfaces, and Motion which is a creative controller designed to integrate with Studio Pro to help spark ideas and shape sounds.
