Zildjian releases new K Kerope series

Zildjian’s K line of cymbals has been hailed as one of the most classic lines of cymbals out there. Well today Zildjian released a new branch to their K cymbals – the K Kerope series. The name comes from the great Kerope Zildjian, who was a big part of the Zildjian company his whole life, from his birth in 1865 until his death in 1909.

The cymbals themselves were developed in conjunction with Zach Danziger, a New York based drummer. Initially there are 6 cymbals in the line – 14″ and 15″ hats, and 18″, 19″, 20″, and 22″ models. According to Zildjian the cymbals capture the authentic look, feel and sound of their classic K line of cymbals. What do you think of the new cymbal line?
