NAMM 2013: New Snare Drums by Gretsch

Another bit of juicy news from NAMM is the arrival of a bunch of new snare drums by Gretsch. There are 3 new models on the list including drums made from Brass, Walnut and a Stave model which can be made from Oak or Cherry. The brass model is 6.5″ x 14″, and includes 10 lugs. The first product that caught my attention from NAMM was the new Marshall Slash SL-5. This new 5-watt combo amp is a collaboration with Slash and Marshall and is aimed at those that might be living in an apartment, or who might not need a high powered Marshall stack.
